Anavriti, Mystras Laconia, hiking in Taygetos

Faneromeni Monastery or Monastery Theotokos

Mystras Moni Faneromeni -Anavryti, part of E4 (duration 2 h 30 ')

The route starts at Mystras, via E4, initially moving into tarmac (3 km) and then a dirt road (5 km), to the chapel Savior or metamorphosis Sotiros (460 m. duration 1 hour and 10;). Then the climb begins, a path that crosses the valley stream Lagada and ends at M. Revealed, Chrysolagkado area (780 m., during 50 '). From the M. Faneromeni, the route, followed for a little asphalt road and then tucked into old cobblestone path, until Anavriti (790 m., duration 30 ').

Monastery Faneromeni -Pergantaiika -Sela -Tafgeti, part of E4 (6,4 km, length about 2 hours)

From Anavriti (790 m.), via E4, to abbey Revealed (780 m.), meet the branch in Santa chapel Gen. . leave E4, and enter a path, to Shoulder position. Lakkomata – Meadow – stroll (3,6 km, duration 1 hour and 45)

Anavriti - Agios Ioannis (3,5 km, duration 1 time)

From Anavriti (790 m.) The trail starts from the edge of the village, in the Botanical Museum, and through a dense oak forest, walnut, pine etc. reaches position Air.
