  • Athanasakio Archaeological Museum of Volos

Founded in 1909 Housed in a building donated by Alexius ATHANASAKIS, from Portaria. Located in Volos Beach, Anavros in park.   • MUSEUM METAXOURGIAS Etmektzoglou

Metaxourgeio Etmektzoglou founded the refugee settlement of Nea Ionia Volos(1924) by brothers George and Athanasios Etmektzoglou, with the name "Sons A. Etmektzoglou.
