The nearest airport is the International Airport Hippocrates of Kos or Kalymnos Airport.

Also from Kalymnos organized day trips to Pserimos, with the small ferry Maniaio. The route starts from the island of Kalymnos 9.30 in the morning and arrives in Pserimos 10.20 and departs at 17.00 and goes on to Kalymnos 17.50 (takes around 50 minutes).
